SMS Communications
Strategic Filtration operates two text messaging programs, described in full in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Customer messages
If you provide your mobile telephone number and agree to receive text messages — by checking the consent box on our Contact Us form, by giving verbal consent when you schedule service by telephone, or by providing the number on a written service agreement or work order — you consent to receive operational text messages about the services you have requested. These may include confirmation of a scheduled service date and time, advance reminders before a scheduled visit, technician arrival notifications, changes to a scheduled date or time, emergency service notifications, and service completion confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Employee messages
Employees of Strategic Filtration who use our internal field service application may provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive work-related text messages on it: one-time sign-in verification codes, job assignment and schedule notifications, safety escalations, follow-up requests, and credential expiration reminders. The consent and the date it was given are recorded on the employee’s record. An employee may decline or withdraw consent and sign in with a username and password instead.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP; for assistance, reply HELP or contact Strategic Filtration at (713) 939-0505. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Sharing of Information
Strategic Filtration does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide messaging services.
We may share information only with trusted service providers that assist us in operating our business, such as messaging providers, payment processors, and technology vendors, and only to the extent necessary to provide requested services.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect customer information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
