MicroPleat filters are available in the full range of cell side configurations to fit all types of housings and framing systems.

All MicroPleat filters are classified U.L Class 2 per U.L. standard 900 (specify) except Micro-V 2000 which is Class 2.

Select from three standard efficiencies:

99.99% on 0.3 Microns
99.999% on 0.3 Microns
99.9995% on 0.12 Microns

All filters can be scan tested for leak detection in accordance with IEST-RP-CC-001.4.

Mini-Pleat Bead Separator Pack

All MicroPleat filters feature Airguard’s mini-pleat media pack. Beads of adhesive are applied on 2″ centers to maintain critical pleat spacing for minimum resistance over the entire range of air flow operation.

Extruded Aluminium Construction

All MicroPleat filters are made with anodized extruded aluminium cell sides.

Individually Tested

All Airguard HEPA filters are individually tested to verify that each filter shipped meets the specified efficiency. The actual filter resistance and penetration shown on the label are your assurance that the filter has been tested before shipment. The latest technology in microglass media production, combined with precisely controlled bead separator pleating result in the lowest resistance for each filter efficiency rating.

Disposable Ducted Ceiling Modules

MicroPleat disposable ceiling modules are used in clean room applications and laminar flow equipment requiring high purity air removing submicron particulate. The modules are installed in T-Bar ceiling grid systems with individually ducted air supply. No complicated, high integrity framing systems are required. The units are very light weight and easy to install. They are equipped with hanger supports on the top of the housing for suspended installations. Knife edge models are available for installation in gel seal grid systems. When the maximum filter resistance is reached, the entire unit is discarded and replaced.

Gel Seal Filters

For use in framing systems equipped with a knife edge seal. Gel seal style MicroPleat filters have a channel in the cell side containing a non-flowing, nonhardening urethane gel sealant. The knife edge on the framing system penetrates the gel to seal the filter and prevent leakage. MicroPleat filters are available with 4-3/4″ or 5-7/8″ deep cell sides.
